Donna DreskaThe City Manager's mission is to carry out the policies and programs approved by the City Council and to provide administrative leadership.

In a Council/Manager form of government, the City Council sets policy and the City Manager is charged with the day-to-day administration of the City government.

Interim City Manager Donna Dreska is charged with the day-to-day administration of our city government. Dreska was hired as the Director of Human Resources in 2005, and was promoted to Chief of Staff in August 2007. Dreska has extensive experience in the senior levels of local government, having served as a City Manager for Boca Raton, Florida and Chandler, Arizona, as well as County Administrator for Los Alamos County, New Mexico. She has a Masters in Public Administration from Arizona State University.
