Join the Mayor and Council as they light up the Holiday Tree at City Plaza on Tuesday evening at 5:00 p.m.  Prior to the tree lighting, Billinghurst Middle School will entertain you with holiday songs and immediately afterwards, the ice rink will open for skating.  If you bring a pair of socks, mittens, hats, and/or scarves, you will receive free skate rental.
