The Community Development Department is responsible for the physical development of the City. The activities of the Department range from maintaining the long range plans for the City to reviewing plans for new buildings and houses.

The front counter at the Community Development Permit Place (directions) is now open 9-12 p.m. and 1-3 pm or by appointment. Please call 775-334-2063 to schedule an appointment.
