GREAT Reno Residents can help City crews clear snow more quickly in several ways.

Take the time to park cars in driveways, not on the street.
Make sure any obstructions (garbage cans and containers, basketball hoops, skate board ramps, etc.) are removed from your street and safely stored on your property.
Remember, Reno residents are responsible for shoveling the sidewalk in front of their house. Minimize street ice and snow build-up by shoveling onto the lawn, not the street.
Be a GREAT Reno Resident and offer to shovel for seniors and disabled neighbors.
During heavy snows, limit vehicle travel to essential trips only.
